Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

The Bercail des Combrailles

Accommodation adjacent to our main residence. Between Clermont-Fd & Vichy, 30 min from Puy de Dôme, 5 min from the Combronde A89-A71 interchange. You will enjoy relaxing moments in the Spa (open year-round), in the heated pool (May to September) and/or in the stretched net. The small paddock

Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

La Motte, country house in Auvergne

Built on an old feudal mound, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The house was completely renovated from 2007 to 2014. In 2019, a new phase of work allowed the creation of additional rooms: a bathroom for children, a large living room and a 4th bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. Maison France 5 devoted a short report to it on 12/06/19 The furniture, decor and dishes have been collected and bring charm and authenticity.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops. The Fountain House
