The house is as described, spacious, pleasant, suitable for several people, with children, with nice common areas, with large well-equipped open kitchen, very nice rooms also with mosquito nets and AC. The location on the Caravelle Peninsula is peaceful, good atmosphere, family, surfing and quiet. The two closest beaches to the house are one within walking distance are beautiful! Our stay was great, Pricyle and Sylvie were adorable and very responsive. Thank you for hosting us

Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. There are also convenient stores and a charming village center. The breathtaking view makes it a must stay villa in Martinique. We will gladly stay there again.

Beautiful house, modern with all comforts. David was very welcoming, showed us the surroundings and even left us something to eat when we arrived. Thanks for the PLANTER gift in the fridge! The house has everything you need: games for children (swing, beach games, board games...), air conditioning, tv with Nerflix... access to the beach at the end of the street. And what a beautiful beach! A great place for snorkeling and diving where you can see turtles, pepper benches etc. The place is ideally located 10 minutes from Anses Noire and Dufour and Anses d 'Arlet. We loved the location and the house! We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable for 7 of us. The space was well appointed and easy to get to almost anything. We would highly recommend!

This is a very nice villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to radiate. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and carbet allow you to enjoy life outside. The pool, although not big, is a real relaxing pleasure. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system

An ideal house for families with children. The house, pool, and garden were absolutely clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. The house is located directly on the beach (2 minutes). The Diamond Center is a 10-15 minute walk. If I travel to Martinique again, I will book this house again. Highly recommended.

We rented the villa for a month stay with my family and everything was perfect. The villa was very clean and suitable for children, even toddlers. A crib had been made available to us as well as a high chair. There were also pool/beach games for the kids, which was very convenient. The pool overlooking a stunning view of the Rocher du Diamant was appreciated by all. A big thank you to the hosts who were very responsive during the exchanges and thank you to the charming Betty, the caretaker of the house, who always helped us greatly when we had questions or small requests. We felt right at home during our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa to all small families.

Great location on a very quiet street, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the center of the town. The place and the pool were spotless. A street parking space in front of the house was available for us throughout the stay. We stayed with a small 4-month-old baby and had everything we needed (crib, mosquito net, etc.). Véronique who took care of us was adorable and very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

Small house in the very pretty residence. Matches the description. The beach just opposite is not very busy but the sea is a little rougher. The snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

Exceptional villa, In the middle of nature with a breathtaking view of the Pitons du Carbet and Mount Pelee. OMG, the beach that is perfect for walks and snorkeling. Great place to stay in the sailor's heights. The photos matched the listing and we had a great time. Thank you again for all the heartwarming little welcome gifts. Be careful for the climb if you are loaded with a low-power car, otherwise it is ideal to be in peace and still not far from amenities.

We stayed here with our 15 month old and it was PERFECT!!! It’s so nice to have the pool there and it’s very safe with a little gate so we never worried about our daughter walking around. The AC in the bedrooms is key :) would stay here again!!

Our stay at Nelly and Benoît's was up to our expectations. The house is consistent with the photos, modern, clean, nicely decorated, spacious enough for 4 people and well equipped. The exterior is very pleasant to live in: the pool and the barbecue are a real plus. Hosts are friendly, responsive and available. We would totally recommend this listing!
