The house is easily accessible, refurbished, well-equipped with parking and WIFI. 3 min drive to Fontaine le Dun (local shops, grocery store, pharmacy, medical center, etc.). 2 min by bike from the greenway. 10 min from the beaches and Veules les Roses (fresh fish/oysters, nautical base, tennis, restaurants...). Nearest SNCF station 30 min away: Dieppe/Yvetot.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. The Cedar House

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Single-story, wooded garden, pleasant, conducive to relaxation, you can meet squirrels and hear many birds. All shops and services within 1 km in this small village of the Vallée du Lin. Veules-les-Roses Beach 6 km away. Departure of the Voie Verte 500 m away, ideal for walking or cycling safely. Comfortable chalet with architectural design, a cozy nest facing the sea and the cliff. At the foot of the Ponant there are hikes (including the GR21), but also one of the only sandy beaches on the coast. Come and clear your head, and discover this beautiful and wild corner. Right between Fécamp and Etretat, there are plenty of things to see, do and experience.
