The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.

Situé à 5min à pied du centre ville et de la gare, en bas de l’avenue Foch, l’appartement est très lumineux et très calme. Il comprend une entrée avec placard, un salon/cuisine tout équipé, une chambre avec rangement, une douche à l'italienne avec meuble vasque et WC. Le plus de cet appartement est sa loggia donnant sur les monuments du Puy avec sa buanderie.

Perched at an altitude of 1300 m, you will be seduced by the calm and the view of the Monts d'Ardèche plateau. This 65 m2 accommodation located at the end of our house, is adjoining another cottage but it is totally private and independent. Finally, its wood-burning stove will warm you in winter, while its altitude and large stone walls will cool you during heat waves.
