The castle cottage is located in St-Samson in the heart of a thoroughbred horse breeding farm. Located 16 km from Cabourg and 20 km from Caen; easily accessible by the A13 highway. We have redesigned the place in an authentic setting with modern comforts. The cottage has 3 bedrooms overlooking the stud farm. 2 lounge areas 1 fully-equipped kitchen/dining room 1 terrace with sun loungers and BBQ, Jacuzzi is available pool table, ping pong table, petanque court and baby equipment available

The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
