Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio has no kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for peace and quiet close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

In the Tours metropolitan area (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a lightly urbanized area, it is a bit "the city in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site.
