House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Former pheasant aviary, very recently restored, you will have at your disposal a 40 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view, a very large 45 m2 living room (a sofa + a single bed) and a spacious 14 m2 bedroom (a 160 cm double bed).
