Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Philémon

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

France’s house was extremely clean and comfortable! Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds! The location was perfect for us with lots of shops nearby and an easy drive to Stoneham. Definitely would stay again!

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Line’s place was perfect for my family and I, passing through on our way to the east coast. My daughter and I combed for sea glass at low tide and she was sad to leave! The home was beautiful, clean & had everything a family could need.

This was a great place to stay for four adults and four kids. There was plenty of space and the kids loved the play room downstairs. Perfect location close to the grocery store and a nearby park with a playground. Thank you for our stay Olivier!

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons loué cette maison qui est géniale! Dame nature a été déchainée, mais nous y avons quand même trouvé ce que nous cherchions... dépaysement au bord de l'eau, tranquillité et confort! Tout est parfait! Hubert est soucieux de notre séjour et répond rapidement à chacun de nos messages! Nous sommes déjà à préparer notre prochain we chez lui!

Emplacement idéal sur l'île, on a tout à proximité. Mais surtout le logement est idéal pour une famille. C'est spacieux, la cuisine est très fonctionnel, les deux salles de bain sont vraiment appréciables. Tout est propre, la décoration est moderne, on passe la porte et on se sent tout de suite bien. L'hôte était totalement à l'écoute, disponible tout en nous laissant notre pleine intimité. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir y savourer encore plein d'autres séjours ! Merci pour tout

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Élise et Pierre-Luc. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et beau. Facile d'accès, le stationnement y est facile même en hiver. Très bonne proximité des lieux touristiques, 15-20 min pour Québec ville ou l'île d'Orléans, 10min pour la chute Montmorency ou Sainte Anne de Beaupré et la station de ski à 30min seulement. C'est vraiment le bon logement pour visiter la région de Québec tranquillement.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans ce logement ! Il était chaleureux et on s’y sentait bien. Beaucoup d’équipements dans la cuisine, et bien plus équipé que la plupart des airbnb standards. Merci Andrew pour votre flexibilité et votre communication !

The place was great and well stocked. Probably the most stocked place I have on Airbnb. The place is close to all the attractions and relatively safe. The host is amazing and extremely responsive.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

Beautiful comfortable place to stay. All the amenities that we required were available. It was quiet. It was a 25 min walk to the centre of the city.

Close to old Quebec City within 10mins of driving distance. Clean and cozy place. Maxime is very quick to response with all questions. Very pleasant experience!

Clean and beautiful view. Good location. 20 minutes driving from Old Quebec City. 13 minutes driving to Montmorency Falls. Nice place to stay.

Very rarely am I at a loss for words after staying at an accommodation, but I truly was speechless when I checked in. I could not have wished for a better apartment to stay at in Quebec City. Marc was an amazing host, offering many different recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area throughout the entire time of our stay. The apartment was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and everything about the listing matched what actually was there in real life. I would highly recommend this apartment for anybody who wants to visit the old city in Quebec! The next time I’m in Quebec, I will be staying at Marc’s place!

C’est un excellent logement, il est propre et beau. On a tout ce dont on a besoin et on se sent rapidement comme à la maison. C’est un peu bruyant, mais il est situé sur un boulevard donc c’est normal.

Awesome apartment!! it is close to old town and all the restaurants you can imagine around the apartment. If we do go back to Quebec city I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We had a lovely girls’ trip in Québec City, made even better by this clean, cozy, and conveniently located apartment. The free indoor parking was a great bonus, and Lucie was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Really outstanding apartment. As a solo, female traveller, I felt very safe and very comfortable staying at this location. Onsite, secure parking was a bonus as I decided to drive in from Ottawa. Quebec City has all the vibes of Europe and the cobblestone streets and heritage architecture reminded me of home. It is by far, one of Canada’s most beautiful destinations. North was an exceptional, proactive host, who made sure that I had everything I would need. Highly recommend this host and I most certainly will make this my “go to” the next time I am in Quebec City.

Le logement etait tres bien situe pour profiter de la region. Quebec et l'ile d'Orleans a 30 minutes. Il ne manquait rien dans le logement pour se sentir chez soi et etre a l'aise. Le distributeur de savon dans la douche est extremement pratique...

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
