Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Pavace

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We came as part of the organisation of our friend's hen party, there were 8 of us, each had their own bed, the apartment was clean, we had a very good stay. Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city centre of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops as well as the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very simple and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the tour is high, as are all the accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We were very well received in a very beautiful house, an old farmhouse renovated with talent. Every room in the house is very nice. Indoor pool more than sufficient to cool off. it was very good.

Anthony is a very nice and super flexible host. The accommodation is impeccable and the location is great! The accommodation is 15/20 minutes from the circuit and about 10 minutes from the shopping centre! 👌

If you want to stay in an absolutely picturesque place in the French countryside not far from Le Mans THIS is your place!!! It was beautiful and peaceful and the hosts are SO lovely, kind and helpful. They live in the house right next to this place and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed and is full of charm and character. The main photo for their place doesn't do it justice AT ALL. Having coffee in the morning in their garden with all the birds chirping was heavenly. I would come back here anytime.

Very nice cottage in a nice little village. Very quiet. The rental is perfect, identical to the photos. Very clean and convenient. Everything you need. Great kitchen. Very nice rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very nice small living room. A terrace that must be very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat, unfortunately we had water...... Bathrooms at the top, just to say something, it would be necessary in the showers to put a small shelf for the products. If we go back there we know where we went. And big garage I forgot super convenient. Thank you to the hosts for making us a beautiful cottage.

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
