We were very well received by Mr Roche, very kind! And beforehand, the contact with her daughter-in-law was very positive to organize our arrival. They were flexible and accommodating on schedules. The apartment is very well located at the foot of the ski slopes, in the heart of the village. The apartment is very nice and perfect for 6 people. The residence was quiet (at the end of the season) and at the foot there is a very welcoming restaurant and a pizzeria. Everything was perfect for our weekend! Thank you again!

Ideally located in the village (leave your car; everything is done on foot!), this small apartment has all the qualities: quiet, functional, remarkable view, balcony where it is nice to eat in the sun, at the foot of the hiking trails... Excellent value for money! Olivier's availability, responsiveness and kindness are a real plus. Thanks to him. He and his family also run the restaurant "La marmotte" in the village, where we were superbly hosted and where we enjoyed a tartiqueyraflette on a terrace with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back.

Clean and perfectly equipped apartment, located in a very quiet area. By foot, in a few minutes, you can reach supermarket and great restaurants and with a little longer walk you can reach the wonderful old town. Definitely worth repeating

A real cocoon of comfort in the heart of the mountains! This studio is perfectly arranged, offering a warm and pleasant space for a successful stay!! The neat decoration creates a cozy atmosphere ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The breathtaking view of the mountain, a real treat for the eyes. In addition, the private parking space, an undeniable asset during the carnival period. Eric is a lovely host who made us feel great! Thanks to his wife for the delicious jar of jam! We had a great time with my two daughters aged 4 and 7, the place is perfect for a family getaway!

The apartment is very well located with everything within 5 minutes: ski lessons, bakery, convenience store, ski rental, shuttle to go to the sled or the center (also possible on foot). We were able to park in front because 4 spaces are reserved for the residence. The apartment matches the photos and description well. We enjoyed the shower in each room, the space, the temperature, the heated ski locker next to the apartment. Marie-Cécile was always very responsive and cordial in our exchanges. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to Vars.

This stay totally exceeded expectations, it is a relaxing and welcoming place, the price is really very affordable for the hospitality, cleanliness, and tranquility offered. It's one of those places where you leave with the idea of wanting to come back and tell friends and family about it, absolutely recommended.

Beautiful little cozy cottage with breathtaking views over the mountains. a beautiful terrace lined with lilacs where you can eat at the murmur of the river, to the sound of birds facing the grandiose mountains . a warm, neat and cozy interior, beautiful little discoveries await you. We had a great week. The place is close to the ski lifts and we were able to leave the car at rest all week. Very well equipped and with 2 separate bedrooms. Very quiet surroundings with a beautiful natural setting. The log that heats up in the stove upon arrival puts us directly in the mood. Thanks so much, we'll be back. Mathieu

Spacious and warm house we had a pleasant stay there, I recommend it!

It's a peaceful corner in a wonderful valley. The small village of Ponte Maira is very nice and quiet and in an ideal location for visiting the valley and taking beautiful walks. The host is very kind and timely in responding to any request. The house is quiet (the only pleasant sound is that of the stream.. ), comfortable, has large rooms and brand new kitchen and bathroom. The only weaknesses are the humidity and flies, so I recommend mosquito nets on the windows and dehumidifiers!

Apartment as described and photos. It is very close to shops (about 50m) and the snow front ( I'll say 150m) while being relatively very quiet. Ultra! ultra! clean from floor to ceiling as well as sleeping essentials (earbuds, duvets look new), this is the first time we've come across an apartment of such cleanliness. Jocelyne is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. You can go there without a second thought. For our part, we'll come back for sure.

A quiet and very well located apartment in the heart of Le Monêtier, perfect for a week of skiing as a couple or family! All shops and useful services are nearby (convenience store, ski rental, bus stop for the village shuttle, etc.) In addition, Isabelle is a friendly and proactive host!

Our stay went well, quiet, cool and greenery. The apartment is very well located, perfectly isolated, functional and if necessary, given the weather, we were able to heat up. All within walking distance. Only small downside, the carpet... but we have abstracted. Covered swimming pool accessible until 8 p.m.

Excellent location. Apartment with a lot of storage, well optimized and well-equipped. There is a car park, be careful a little narrow.

A perfect stay at Marine's. The apartment is as described. Quite simple, roughly decorated, but perfectly equipped, warm and very well located whether to go on the slopes or to the large baths. Please note that there is no wifi. You have to have a good 4g. Marine is super responsive and instantly responds to all of your questions. That's very appreciable!

Not a negative word to say! Sestriere is a great town and ski resort with great access to other resorts. The location of this apartment is brilliant and the for the price you pay, there isn’t much else you’d want or need 👍🏻 10/10
