It consists of 1 kitchen equipped with microwave-coffee maker and dishwasher oven, 1 living room with very comfortable leather sofa from its TV, 1 shower room with shower and washing machine, and two 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bed of 2 people tv, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a tv). Welcome to the southern Ardeche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is present to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing and boules games. The house is the enclosed land are independent, the owners have the same entrance gate on the grounds with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the view of the mountain with the Saint Sebastian chapel.

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.

The authentic hamlet with its stone houses of the country, to a lot of charm, it is located at 400m altitude, facing south. The view is beautiful and changes according to the seasons and climate. The cottage is at the end of the cul de sac road that leads to the top of the hamlet of Malbosquet. Numerous hikes around the cottage, swimming in the river at maximum 10min by car.
