With plenty of beautiful villages to explore nearby. You have exclusive use of the swimming pool (June-Sept, weather permitting) wood fired jacuzzi (open all year), games barn, large gardens and gaze at the magnificent dark night skies.

Great place to meet with family or friends. Many walks to do in the surroundings, also ideal for nature lovers, trail or hiking (1.2 km from the GR36) or for those who want to spend a weekend or vacation in the countryside!

Upstairs large room with sleeping area for 4 people. Living room area in the same room with TV and access to a nice terrace. Our house is not equipped with internet access, enjoy nature!

We welcome you to our cottage located in the heart of the Mancelles Alps, in the heart of St-Léonard-des-Bois. "Les Vallées" has just been renovated. There are many activities for those who love nature, canoeing, kayaking... thanks to the Sarthe which flows below. Cleaning fee of €30 to be paid on-site.
