Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Birds of prey and other birds can be seen there frequently, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.

La Grange de Capucine, a cottage with character

Cozy gite with all comforts 110 m2, large terrace (100 m2) and private garden. (600 m2). In a renovated old farm, this cottage can accommodate 6 to 8 people (with 2 bunk beds). It is located in the Bauges Massif Nature Park, between Lake Annecy and Aix les Bains (20 min). It is close to many hikes and the start of many bike and mountain bike tours. It is also 30 minutes from 3 ski resorts.
