Chalet holiday rentals in Saint-Nectaire

Perfect stay, house as described in a quiet environment facing Lake Caissière. Very good communication before our arrival. i recommend it without a pb.

Creuse is a department that I did not know and that is really worth a look. It's very green, nature is respected (I loved the ponds that are in abundance). My stay was short and interspersed with a friendly meeting but I had time to admire beautiful landscapes, beautiful homes and meet welcoming people. There is no doubt that this is a place for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts. I would add that the accommodation was well suited (enclosed terrace) for my dogs (basset hound). The accommodation is sufficiently equipped and functional to be able to indulge in family cooking, the bedding is comfortable and the space is large enough not to step on each other's toes. Great Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay despite the fickle weather. The cottage is located in a very peaceful environment, offering many opportunities for walks and hikes, whether directly from the doorstep as if taking the car for about twenty minutes maximum. The listing and its amenities are perfectly as described. The enclosed lot surrounding the cottage is optimal if, like us, you are traveling with your dog!! Hervé is very responsive and kind. No negative points to report, we recommend it without reservation!!

The chalet is impeccably clean, very well equipped you will find everything you need, both inside and outside. The place is peaceful, the view is very beautiful. a goat farm where you will find good cheeses and an excellent restaurant are at the end of the street a few hundred metres from the chalet. Beautiful hikes are accessible directly from the chalet. Many points of interest and hikes nearby. We didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts but the exchanges by messages were very friendly and responsive. They even took the trouble to send us a little message during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Self check-in and check-out thanks to the key box. Huge positive point: animals are allowed! The dog and cat were able to enjoy this wonderful stay. A big thank you to Marylin and Sylvain! We had a great stay in Pierre's chalet, where nothing is missing. Ideally located to discover the Cantal, beautiful hikes to do in the surroundings. Very good welcome from Pierre and we enjoyed the fireplace on our arrival. A place to remember without hesitation!!

Very well located, secluded but you can reach the lake by a small path in a few minutes, a really really beautiful view from the terrace and the hot tub;-) The house is very well equipped and the management agency is very friendly. Only small downside the quality of the sheets and pillows provided by the agency, but nothing very serious though. We highly recommend

Didier is friendly and welcoming. The place is quiet and relaxing. We were able to meet his brother who is very friendly and took the time to show us and explain his job as a breeder. We had a great time with him. A beautiful discovery in this place where nature takes precedence.

Very nice accommodation, this chalet. We had a great stay, with the sun as our companion. Many activities nearby and for all tastes. Plenty of equipment to enjoy the cottage, the jacuzzi was particularly appreciated. Raymonde was responsive and accommodating during the stay. I recommend

Excellent location, very quiet, breathtaking view, ultra-comfortable and super well-equipped chalet. We had an amazing four-night stay with our two children, aged 11 and 7. The description of the chalet on the Airbnb site is extremely accurate. Thanks to the key box, we were able to take possession of the premises around 8:30 pm, beyond the usual arrival time. The next morning, during check-in, Anne-Marie - who provides the concierge service of the chalet - was very attentive to us. His advice on walks and restaurants proved to be very valuable. At the end of our stay, check-out was just as easy as check-in. We only have one regret: not being able to stay longer in this beautiful chalet. This is only a postponement! We are used to rentals in Florida, but this is the first time we have enjoyed such a high standard in France.

We had a great week with the family. The house is sublime, with a real soul and beautiful materials. Designed to make you feel very good. Everything is there and even more: comfort, cleanliness, spaces, incredible view! The sauna, jacuzzi, pool table and cinema room are real assets to relax after a nice hike. Everyone can enjoy it as they wish. Daily life in the house with such beautiful antique objects, beautiful lights, is so nice. A big thank you to Nadine for hosting us. The most beautiful Airbnb we've stayed in. Only one desire: to come back!

We wanted to spend Christmas with the family in the mountains' like at home ': Francis' chalet allowed us to feel at home in absolute comfort and calm. Definitely recommend

What to say, everything is beautiful here! The accommodation is impeccably clean, decorated and equipped with great taste, and great comfort. The view is just breathtaking, the absolute calm, and the beautiful terrain allows children - who would not be tired enough yet after a day of hiking to discover this beautiful region - to have free fun in an expansive space of freedom. This playground allowed us to frolicking our dog who needed it after a long trip, without any inconvenience. The only regret we have is having to leave after a stay that will always seem too short to us. So thank you for providing us with such a beautiful address and promised, we will come back!
