Elisabeth and her partner are very welcoming hosts. Various small touches were present on our arrival. The possibility of using the pool and outdoor kitchen at our convenience is very appreciable, especially in times of high heat. The only small negative point is the lack of Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house. We were 8 friends enjoying this accommodation, we never lacked space, the living room is very pleasant and very bright. The house is isolated from traffic and without neighbours, perfect for total disconnection. I would highly recommend this listing. All the information for the reservation is very clear and precise and if necessary Nicolas is very responsive to any request. We'll be back as soon as we can!!

Location close to the sea. Small but functional house with storage. Pleasant exterior, out of sight. Clean and maintained accommodation, with the installation of mattress covers for sleeping. Well-equipped kitchen. Stéphanie is a host concerned about the well-being of the occupants and I appreciated the contact. Good value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. One-night stay for professional reasons. Very well located apartment, easy to access. More spacious than in the photos. And the sea view from the bed with the magnificent sunrise was incredible! Very well received by Julien's mother who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very well located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can go on foot. Secure parking, it's great. Julien gave us information about the places to visit to discover the region, the restaurants... And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very much appreciated! We would recommend it without hesitation.

Apartment in a quiet street, with free parking, the accommodation was clean although we had a problem with a blockage in the shower drain. Practical and functional kitchen. Very responsive host even late at night when we asked him questions about the air conditioning. I recommend it.
