Nous sommes situés à 2,5 km du Somail, village typique au bord du Canal du Midi (30 min à pied à travers un chemin bordé de vignes). À 3 min à pieds de tous les commerces: supermarché, pharmacie, tabac presse, coiffeur, esthéticienne, laverie et restaurants. Idéal également pour les travailleurs en déplacement!

This stylish & romantic stone winery with private pool (heated May-Sept) & garden is a perfect holiday venue for couples or families (sleeps 1-5 people). Both our gites (Le Petit Duc & Le Grand Duc) are in the secluded & tranquil hamlet of La Roueyre which is surrounded by beautiful landscape, vineyards and wildlife. We are only a few km. from wonderful markets, restaurants, wineries, historic towns & the Canal du Midi. Perfect for hiking, biking, riding, wildlife, & relaxing by the pool.

You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

The ground floor offers 1 living room, 1 independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with shower room. Upstairs, a living room kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, all on a large waterfront property with swimming pool and summer kitchen! Plus an electrical outlet for vehicles!

Gite for two at the gates of Corbières located between the sea and Cathar castles. Air-conditioned accommodation, not overlooked among the vines for a stay as a duo in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Private accommodation with a 200/200 bed upstairs as well as a walk-in shower and a balneo bathtub. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with seating area, separate toilet and a terrace for your meals outside. The place doesn't have wifi.

Ideally located between Béziers and Narbonne, and only 30 minutes from the beaches. The multi-level house has been recently renovated, it will be ideal for families or groups of friends.
