The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Refurbished in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, the swimming pool (subject to authorisation and a deposit) and an amazing view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. In the countryside, near Romans sur Isère, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further towards the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Facteur Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We will be happy to advise you on the many activities to do in the area; Well-behaved and sociable pets welcome UPON REQUEST as the garden is shared; Linen rental possible (€12), optional cleaning fee (€40).
