The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Hello The accommodation is peaceful and functional with its independent entrance you will be in total autonomy. It is suitable for short stays for 2 where has 3 people. There is a bedroom with a 140/190 bed for 2 people with a bunk bed for a child or a bz in the living room. Free private parking for your car and the possibility of putting a trailer or bikes in a locked garage. The accommodation has a private terrace with its amenities.

The house is located on the edge of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the Château de Tiffauges. We rent out a part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.
