L'Étang du Sabotier – Highly comfortable pavilion

The fishing pavilion is located in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing pontoon. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. The house is on one level, only three steps need to be climbed to access it.

For my greatest pleasure and that of my children, I was able to restore the family home to allow everyone to share convivial moments in the heart of the farm. Charming Shade Hut

The Cabane à l'Ombre des Charmes is a 45m² cabin set in 2000m² of private grounds planted with trees. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed. On the large terrace, you'll find the Nordic bath with wood-fired heating, as well as the sauna right next door. A barbecue kota is available for your packed lunches. In the cabin, you'll find a lounge area, a kitchen area, traditional toilets and a bathing area with an island bath.

The small house is located in Saint-Michel. It has a small terrace. It includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa bed, a TV, a kitchen, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge and a private bathroom with shower. We are in the center of the village, close to all amenities. The woods are located 2 km away for a walk. We are about 20 km from Chimay (Belgium). Blangy Waterfall with its various activities 5 minutes away.

In the village of the abbey. Quiet, by a stream and a pond, terrace, natural self-construction in wood-straw, wood stove, dry toilet, rudimentary kitchen (no electricity), handmade ceramic dishes from the Isa Workshop, double bed in mezzanine. 250 m approach walk to discover the cabin (Good shoes recommended).

Chalet

My chalet is located 500 m from the abbey and close to the forest. You have direct access to the forest for your hiking and mountain biking. Belgium is 5 km away. You will appreciate my chalet for its comfort (Living room, equipped kitchen...). The chalet is equipped with fiber optics.
