Heather was an amazing host, and the home was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the waterfront views and the peaceful early morning walks are only some of the reasons why I would stay again. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further.

This beautiful Lusby home was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the Chesapeake Bay are absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets were unforgettable. The house is spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved relaxing on the deck, watching the water and wildlife, and enjoying peaceful evenings by the fire pit. It’s the perfect escape—private, serene, and just a short drive from charming local spots. Can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Cameron’s home. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to spend a lot of time on back patio which felt like we were almost outside. Cameron was nice enough to let us check in early. Overall great time and looking forward to next time. Thanks again Cameron.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was easy to find, very walkable and had lots of options for our toddler to do outside. It was such a lovely home that had very comfortable beds and was warm and welcoming with the decor and layout. We drove around the area and were able to find plenty of things to see and do. Really enjoyed our stay at the house even though our stay was short, it was just what we all needed. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a calmer area that's still close enough to St.Micheal's.

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.

Our stay was great. The house is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and so relaxing. Loved that three bedrooms each had a bathroom. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

What an amazing home! Bob was a great host. All of the rooms were very clean and there’s everything you will need at hand. Super comfortable beds. The views of the river are incredible with so many places to relax from the living areas to the outdoor deck on the second floor. The screened in porch was so comfortable. Fishing from the dock was a joy and just a great place to hang out and enjoy the water with our family. My son caught his first fish off the dock! The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Again, theres everything you need to prepare meals. Loved the huge kitchen island! Don’t forget to just stand and enjoy the view of the dock and river from the kitchen window. The downstairs den and bar area was just perfect for relaxing and watching tv. The house is on a cul de sac with only a few homes…very peaceful. We loved this place and plan on coming back again for our next trip! Thank you Bob for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Wow. The pictures don't do this place justice -- at all. What an extraordinary layout, especially for larger groups who all enjoy a bit of personal space and quiet. There are nooks and spots for everyone and everything, from the awesome pool area to the endless spots to sit and read a book or enjoy some coffee. And Ann! What a gem. She bent over backwards to answer questions and make us feel at home, even providing us with special coffee and food recommendations. I've been using Airbnb for a while now -- and Ann is the #1 host I've ever come across. I mean...she's a joy. Her place, of course, is amazing and you'd be a fool not to stay! 10 Stars!

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

The location for this house is beautiful! We loved the private dock and spacious backyard. We stayed in late March so it was a bit cold some days but we still had a great time using the provided Kayaks and sitting on the dock and watching the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect to have some s'mores nights around the firepit. The hosts were VERY responsive. The few times I had questions they replied within minutes and were very accomodating with our requests. They were very proactive with instructions and generously mentioned a foldable crib for the infant in our group - although we had our own that we used. The kitchen had all of the dinnerware and cookware that we needed for the meals that we made. The living areas were open and inviting. It was perfect for our group. One thing to watch for is the very steep driveway. It took a few times to get used to. We would definitely stay there again when we visit our family in the area.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

This was a beautiful home with everything you need and more to feel at home! The hot tub was relaxing and the screened in porch made for a relaxing hang out area. The host was super friendly and responds right away! 10 out of 10 experience will be booking a stay here again in the future!

Spent four days at Nina’s and it was so quiet and peaceful. Literally the only thing I heard was birds chirping and the water lapping the shore. House is very well appointed and very clean. Will recommend to friends and if I have a chance I would definitely go back.

Great stay with a "warm and cozy" feel. Nick's communication was great, we had everything and more we could ask for. Great snacks and plenty of cooking supplies. Views were great and we look forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing stay at this riverside house! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the water made it feel like a peaceful retreat. We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

We stayed at John's place in Colonial Beach, VA visiting parents in town. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. This time of the year (winter) there is not much to do in Colonial Beach but house was walking distance to the beach and to coffee shop and restaurants. One last note - loved the beds ... super comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are in town.

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!
