I highly recommend this adorable little cottage for 2 people. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Small but nice and very clean. Communication with Patricia was perfect and we'd love to come back.

excellent location in the centre of Nancy, 2 steps from Place Stanislas, shops and restaurants. Interesting indoor parking space even if access is a little tricky. Inside everything is well thought out to spend 3/4 days

Julien's house in Brin-sur-Seille looks inconspicuous from the outside, and the village itself is a simple street village with no special charm. But the location in a wide landscape with a large sky and the proximity to the beautiful city of Nancy are attractive. The apartment rented by Julien is originally furnished and radiates friendliness, which conveys an immediate sense of well-being. It is very clean, everything works well, the beds are great, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Despite the location on a small thoroughfare, it is quiet from the early evening. Although we did not meet Julien in person, he was always prompt and friendly when we had questions. And all this for a very attractive price! In short, when we travel to Lorraine again, and we will, we will certainly rent Julien's apartment again. – Silvia & Ulrich

Large and very well-equipped apartment located on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse. It is located in a green and bucolic setting. Responsive and attentive owners. Overall we had a nice stay.

We found the stay in your apartment very pleasant. Everything had been thought of and it was clean. The drinks and snacks were also very thoughtful. Very friendly reception and quick responses to questions. Garage easily accessible and safe. Balcony very spacious with good furniture. You can walk along the canal to the city centre. The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention paid to the decoration. Everything is done to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds walk from Majorelle city, you feel quite privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk away, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is very well served by transport to get to the city centre in less than 15 minutes, if you don't want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an incredible stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will have of Nancy!

Great mini stay in the cinema room, we came with my spouse after the Heavy Weekend in Nancy, accessible on foot in 15 to 20 minutes, very clean accommodation, the bedding is really very comfortable, we will come back for future concerts 🤘🏼

Absolutely loved this little spot! We was only there for 1 night on our return journey back to the UK from Italy. But out of all the Airbnbs wed stayed in this holiday, this was our favourite. It has everything you'd ever need and the shower was incredible! Awesome design of the place, comfy bed & a great kitchen. Very clean and convenient parking. Can't fault and highly recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Clean and true to photos. Small downside for communication with the host who was almost non-existent or too late ... The outside with the jaccuzi is great for a relaxing time 😌 The bedding is good we had a good night 😴

Guillaume's apartment is located in a premier location and was well stocked with everything from ice cream, eggs, juice, coffee, a variety of teas, seasonings, etc., and all the items necessary to not have to go out and shop upon arrival. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. A great experience all around!! Thanks!!

Chantal is very available and accommodating with schedules. Accommodation is as described. It is clean and the terrace is very nice by the canal. 10 min walk from Place Stanislas, we have everything nearby: restaurants, nursery park, supermarket, bakery... There are paid parking spaces with parking meter in front of the house at 5.6 euros per day which is quite reasonable. We will definitely be back at Chantal's during our next stay in Nancy.
