La Ronce de Mai Gîte – Private pool + Golf 3 km

A comfortable and characterful cottage for two people, with a living room and an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/grill, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a lovely walk-in shower and a washing machine. The upstairs bedroom has a small desk for working or writing postcards... A ping pong table and a private open-air heated pool are available in season (April - October, depending on the weather).

The gîte at the edge of the meadow was completely renovated in 2021 to welcome you. House of 110 m², and its land of 2800 m², located in a small hamlet in the quiet Burgundy countryside. 1h30 from Paris, close to the centers of interest of the Puisaye that I could advise you. In the right season, you can enjoy the grounds equipped with a petanque court, barbecue and 4x7 m indoor pool, from May to September.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

Welcome to the old Grilots farm: "Les bicyclettes de Rolande & Jean" located 1.5 hours from Paris (from Porte d'Italie) by car and 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Joigny train station located 10 minutes from the cottage. This former farmhouse has been completely renovated to welcome you! Ideally located for discovering the region.
