Independent gîte for 4 people in large private garden of 1300 m2. WIFI connection. Disabled access, large walk-in shower. Large living room with fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, raclette ...). Garden furniture and closed shelter for bicycles or motorcycles Living room closed by a curtain with sofa bed (good bedding) Bedroom with plenty of storage. Household linen and organic products provided. Shower room-WC Washing machine, iron and ironing board, broom vacuum cleaner.

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

The house is in a very touristy area: Castles, medieval villages, caves, wine route... Hiking and mountain biking. The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. P Because of the architecture, the cottage is not really designed for small children (stairs).
