Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Matthews

Robert and Tara were absolutely amazing and very sweet people! The A/C went out during our trip and they were right to us bright and early the next morning remedying the issue for us. The entire place was clean and very beautifully set up. The location was great as well with Walmart and the highway just minutes down the road. I wish our trip was longer and we had gotten to stay a few days more. Will be keeping an eye on this for any trips to Louisville!

Justin's place on 4th St was awesome - perfect for my son and I on an overnight stay after traveling to Louisville for a concert. Justin was super communicative and friendly. His place is super clean and comfy (makes me want a new mattress at home!). Will definitely contact him next time we're in town and need a place to stay!

This place was exactly as described, an amazing location, and lovely condo. I was able to park across the street and walk for the week. Museums, distilleries, and SUCH good dining! I recommend O'Shea's where the family will learn your name and give you a handshake to start your tab, Trolley de'Ville for a city tour and a walking stop at Churchill Downs. I only had time enough for the Frazier Museum, but pace yourself, the photography installation on the third floor is worth strolling slowly! I could go on and on, but I recommend this stay. The condo was cool and welcoming every time we rested from our day, quickly feeling like home. I miss it already and we have a list of things we'd like to go back and do. So much history in Louisville!

We had a great stay! Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, Bourbon Row, and 4rth street live. The space was prefect, the closet was great for being able to put all your “stuff” in. The home was cozy and relaxing. We used the hot tub one day and even shot pool one evening after walking back from dinner. The only thing that was difficult to find was the space for parking once you’re in the parking ramp. The number on the spot is pretty worn so we drove past it twice, but If you reread the directions that are sent to you it’s very clear where the spot is.

My husband and I stayed at Morgan’s place with our two kids - 22YO and 16YO for three nights. I honestly think this is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed. It was absolutely spotless, and was decorated very cute. The apartment is in a renovated church which was super cool and fun to explore. The NuLu neighborhood is within walking distance with tons of restaurants, shops, etc. We felt comfortable walking there but others may wish to take a fast (less than 5 min) Uber. Parking was free & prevalent. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

This was an amazing home to be in for my graduation weekend. My family and I felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean and the hosts were very responsive. The home looks just like the photos and it’s super cozy/homey. This place is great for a family get away and pretty close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend for all.

One of the nicest (if not the nicest) Air BnB's I've ever stayed at! The home and location was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and pristine. The home is also close to several small businesses and restaurants that provided a super fun and unique Louisville experience! The perfect place for a small gathering of friends.

Despite the rainy Derby weekend, our stay at James's Louisville home was absolutely PERFECT! The central location made it easy to get to all the Derby festivities while giving us a warm, dry haven to return to after the races. The eclectic artwork throughout the house created such a unique atmosphere - each room offered something new to discover and appreciate. James was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This gem in Louisville turned our rainy Derby weekend into a memorable experience. Jenna was a wonderful host! she was very responsive and her place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had clear instructions for check in/out, and a good atmosphere to it!

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Walkable to so much and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Alberto was highly responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit which was a great touch! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Louisville.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
