Great location central to everything. within 15-20 min church hill downs. Great place for breakfast is Con Huevos.

The house was close to Louisville, easy access to the interstate and the outlet mall was just down the road. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay

Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Melanie was an excellent host. She got to know us and why we were traveling to the area before we arrived, and then provided customized recommendations and welcome gifts to match our needs. The rain ponchos were so thoughtful and necessary! The space was just what we needed for our small group, and the fenced in back yard provided a private plus to the place! Would absolutely stay again when visiting Louisville.

This home was as described, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. It has the necessities for a good stay. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Good value considering how many guests the house can accommodate. The neighborhood is large, but quiet.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

Very nice home, great for kids, friendly, flat yard front & back, nice & new kitchen with everything you need to cook. Close to supermarkets, Target, restaurants & shopping.

I have stayed at Joseph’s listing several times, because it is always clean, cozy, and in such a good neighborhood. This time he was especially kind to me when I was unable to check out on time because of a problem with my car. I look forward to staying at his listing again. My grandchildren loved playing in the backyard, which is always well manicured, with great privacy fencing and a lovely mural!

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

Our stay was amazing! All accommodations were outstanding. It was our home away from home with our family for the entire weekend. Very peaceful, very clean, and a great view! Jeremy, our host, was very helpful and had a quick response to any questions we had. We have already planned to get this beautiful home again when we come back to the lake!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Matt’s place was centrally located for distillery hopping. Taylorsville lake is a great destination for outdoor recreation. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The gated community is quiet and off the beaten path. We had a great week and highly recommend.

Love the location, it was clean and a great place to stay as we went to a Southern Seminary/Boyce College graduation. Comfy beds, and lots to do nearby! Hosts are super kind and communicative!

The house was perfect for two people, clean super cute decor. The location is close to everything, and Daniel’s guide book had great recommendations. We appreciated how easy Daniel was to communicate with. We will definitely use this as our go to while in Louisville!

Shelby was an exceptional host and her place was even better! You can tell from the moment you step inside that this place was a labor of love by a true artist! We had everything we needed during our stay as we cooked breakfast in the morning and got ready to get back in the road. Even though this is a camper, it didn’t “feel” like a camper as in there was no humidity and everything is vented very well! True campers will know what I mean ;) We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future!

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Beautiful place located on a quiet side road in the midst of nature. The bed was very comfortable and we felt right at home.
