The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, this house can accommodate up to 6 people. The enclosed courtyard with terrace allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors safely with children.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop).
