Privately owned estate comprising two separate dwellings, each with two living rooms with open-plan kitchens, four bedrooms, two enclosed mezzanines, five bathrooms (three showers and two bathtubs), and two toilets. Private outdoor access: semi-covered pool, jacuzzi in the caves and shaded summer kitchen. An unusual, peaceful and charming place, with no neighbours overlooking. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 18 people. The large house is occupied by the owners, who keep a very low profile.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

This non-military home has just been fully renovated. It is located in a very quiet hamlet, starting from the trails, ideal for lovers of hiking, road biking, mountain biking or climbing. In autumn: the rutting of the deer, walnuts to pick on our property; all winter long, skiing at Font d'Urle.
