Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Martin-la-Pallu

We stayed for 4 days at Claude-Marie’s house with our baby of 1 year. The house was very cozy and perfectly cool for those days where it’s too hot outside. We enjoyed the little private garden to have some aperos and play with our baby. The house has 3 floors, so keep an eye if you have small kids to avoid any accident. But it was not an issue, as we spent most of our days outside exploring the surroundings! Again, lovely house!

Everything about this place was amazing! It’s so well done. The location is beautiful, the space had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed our time outside. Françoise was a great host. The only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Proactive and very kind host. Ideal setting for family reunions, wide indoor and outdoor spaces. Beautiful view from the back garden, with garden tables and chairs, swing and badminton net. Very well equipped, with lots of small touches from the host. We hope to be back!

What a great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of space, and really well equipped. Even more space than we expected from the listing, with loads of room for dining and sitting and relaxing. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Mary’s accommodation is very spacious and clean. You find internet and a big kitchen area and my dog was allowed to run around in the garden. My car was safe in the closed courtyard and everything was perfect! Thank you Mary!

Welcoming, comfortable and tastefully decorated home. A little complicated to park nearby to unload luggage. The parking lot of the city hall is 200 meters away. Otherwise to visit Poitiers on foot it's great...

Igor offers a really nice little home, with all the amenities you need, quiet and close to services, shops and major roads! Although we didn't see much of each other (mostly my fault!), he was responsive and available when needed. For a single person, it's really cool, and I think it will work for any small group! 3 nights in this very welcoming, pleasant accommodation and ideally located for a stay at futuroscope. Everything is very well thought out, plenty of storage, comfortable living room and beds, many amenities, quiet environment. pity that the weather didn't allow us to eat outside. thank you for the little attention.

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!

We are delighted with this place, very clean, which matches the photos, nicely decorated . Residence with secure parking. Very well equipped with basic necessities. Located near the Manu 5/7 minutes from the city center. We would recommend it without a problem.
