Ce lieu unique est composé du gite, d'un moulin du 17ème siècle (en fonctionnement) et de notre maison d'habitation. L'ensemble est entouré par 4 hectares de prés, de forêt et d'animaux (canards, poneys, poules...). This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.
