Gîte Jardin Du Chay

Old wine farm in the heart of the vineyard and its cellar/press lovingly renovated into a 45 m2 cottage, with private garden. The house consists of a living/dining room, equipped kitchen and bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. In the village center, all shops within walking distance. 10 minutes from Libourne, 20 minutes from Saint Emilion and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Between the ocean and Périgord. Accommodation adjacent to the main property occupied by the owners.

Relax in this quiet and elegant F2 type accommodation of more than 40 m2. You will have your enclosed and private garden with parking for your car. An entrance with office area, a staircase going up to the accommodation overlooking a large living room with living room and open kitchen all equipped, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom. A common swimming pool is also at your disposal from June to September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. when the weather permits.
