Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. Towels are not provided. Wi-Fi and 3G, 4G networks available.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Stay in a quiet outbuilding on a 5000 m2 fenced property that is not overlooked. You have an outdoor terrace in the middle of a garden. You can stroll nearby on foot in the middle of the woods. You are 15 minutes from Saint Emilion, and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Your accommodation consists of a 30 m2 main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 10 m2 toilet and bathroom as well as a 12 m2 bedroom.
