Lesley is such a lovely host. She is welcoming, hospitable and so enthusiastic for our adventure. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Unforgettable living room! The chalet is at the end of a road, with a splendid view of the mountains, very comfortable and pleasant with its wood stove, nicely decorated, it feels instantly good and after a few days the appeasement that this place brings is very powerful! Beautiful walks from the shawl (including snowshoes, even if it took 400m to put them on after a big redwood). The proximity to Saint-Jean de Maurienne 15 minutes away is super convenient, and well worth the murmur of the valley. The chalet is ideally positioned in the valley to enjoy this magical environment. We will have an excellent memory of this stay between hiking and relaxing at the chalet. The place is exceptional!! The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Functional accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Everything we expected to spend 2 weeks of vacation. A real corner of paradise for hikers. Davy and Joseph are always available as needed. Really great.

Very spacious chalet, well equipped. Beautiful kitchen, warm lounge /fireplace area, there were a dozen of us and had a lovely stay. Very pleasant stay as expected.

We had a very good stay in St Julien Montdenis, having family in the same village who couldn't put us up, we found this compromise and we were very happy. The apartment has a separate entrance which is very nice. The view is beautiful . The principle of the key box is perfect. We'll keep the address for a future visit to the area! Joanna was very responsive in her answers. Beautiful walks to do in the region

We loved our stay in this nice apartment! The location is ideal: you just have to cross the street and you are on the slopes. The bakery is literally across the street, so fresh croissants and baguettes were picked up in the morning. The apartment itself is cozy and smartly decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing week in the mountains. The first floor is a little lower, so you have to stoop a bit, but that gets used to quickly and didn't actually bother us. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, and communication with Virginie went smoothly. An ideal place for those looking for comfort, convenience and a good atmosphere in Val Thorens. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful place, well located, close enough to town to bike down but also far enough to be peaceful. Highly recommended!

Great ski in ski out location

Very friendly host.

We loved our stay in Aline and Laurent's apartment. We are a family of four with two children under the age of 10. The apartment is located right in the centre of 1950 so walking distance to all the amenities including the lift that takes you to 2000 (where most of the ski schools are located). Everything worked really well for us, including the car park in the basement, the ski hire shop below the apartment, ski in and ski out to the locker room. Walking distance to pick up our ski passes and as mentioned dropping our kids at ski school. It was all very easy! The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you need for the week. The children loved their bunk beds too :) Aline and Laurent gave us some great tips including discounts for the ski rental, which was really appreciated. They were very responsive throughout. A great find and we hope to be back next year!

We had a pleasant stay with our 5 year old child. The accommodation is impeccable, there is everything you need. The view is very nice. Philippe is very responsive and attentive. We would recommend this listing++++. We keep this listing if we return to Valmorel 😊
