House holiday rentals in Saint-Martin-Boulogne

Very well located accommodation close to the beach and the city centre. We had a great weekend with the family. The teenagers (and the grandparents) were able to enjoy the pool which is very spacious and pleasant. The accommodation is very well equipped and well decorated. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and its barbecue. The whole family was happy with their stay, from the welcome by Frédérique with lots of very nice little touches and until the departure, where we were able to stay until Sunday afternoon. We recommend this accommodation which is ideal for a weekend with the family and we will happily come back.

We booked this accommodation for a girls' weekend and we took full advantage of the accommodation as well as the spa pool. The house is very well equipped and spacious, everything is carefully stored and clean, the quality of the bedding (mattress, pillow and duvet) is excellent. Beautiful house, by the lake with a terrace below the lake, with a breathtaking view. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It's a great place that I would recommend!

Charming, functional and ideally located accommodation. Perfect for a family with young kids! We did not meet Isabelle and Christophe but communication was very easy and all the instructions were very clear! We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a week with our dog in Maxence's house and felt very comfortable. The location overlooking the sea is great. The fenced garden is ideal for dogs. If we had to criticise something, it would be the lack of decoration and too few cupboards. There is still room for improvement here. Otherwise, everything is good and the accommodation is definitely recommended.

Very nice place, perfect to visit Boulogne-sur-Mer or other cities closeby. Everything was clean and it looks quite new. Only remark; there is one bedroom (kids/single beds) which is only screened by some curtains. So if the parents stay up later, they need to be a bit quiet. But the place is definitely worth a booking.

A nice apartment with fantastic views! We spent most of the hours we were at home outside, which was nice to be able to look so freely and far away. All the activity in the port is particularly interesting to watch. The communication with Sebastien was very good, nice to be received personally. This is indeed AirBNB as it was once intended: you sleep in Sebastien's apartment so it is personal and inhabited. Boulogne-sur-Mer is a nice place, the nearby Wimereux also highly recommended, the Opal Coast is beautiful for walking, visiting charming coastal towns, eating well and enjoying French life close to the Netherlands! Note: If you have difficulty walking or do not like stairs, the beach is 2 x 200 steps down. We thought it was a good workout, but if you do not walk well, it is better to choose another place.

Absolutely recommended! Beautiful house with annex (extra room + bathroom), fantastic garden with playground and fire basket area. The kitchen and dining area are spacious. Plenty of parking on the property.

One of the nicest vacation places we’ve stayed. Clean, comfortable enough recourses and facilities and great location. Will probably visit another time!

Such a great find. The owners were so welcoming and everything you would want to see was such an easy walk away. The immediate area isn't the most picturesque but feels safe. I would really recommend it if you would like to see Boulogne and the surrounding area.

Ideal for a family or 2 couples of friends with children. A very nice exterior that allows you to enjoy the sun and Wimereux is very easily accessible.

Our weekend at Cécile's went very well. The accommodation is superb and secure on the outside for children. The size of the cottage is very good for 8 people. The equipment in the kitchen is great. Nice stay for a group over the weekend!

The accommodation is very well equipped, you just have to put down your suitcases and enjoy the stay, very large with two beautiful terraces, nothing is really missing. Everything is available (household products, garbage bags, small grocery store, sheets and towels...) You can even admire a magnificent sunset over the sea. In a quiet location, the geographical location is perfect for discovering the entire Opal Coast. Great communication and responsiveness.

Cyril's house is large and accessible, very clean too. There was room for everyone (there were 9 of us) and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, the garden very large. The living room could have been a little more spacious and comfortable for all of us, but we made do. The only downside is the room overlooking the street, which is a little noisy (plan to bring earplugs). Cyril is a thoughtful and accessible host, communication was easy!

Great house with amazing view on the sea. The house has everything you need, we had a lovely stay and Matthieu was very responsive.

Fantastic place, met expectations. Nice host who always responded immediately to a question. Beautiful view of the ocean! Unfortunately, you are not completely private, the neighbours are right next to you and the path next to the house is used by many people to look at the view. This can be remedied by placing screens on the left and right. This has the added advantage that you can also sit out of the wind. But otherwise top notch!
