We had a great weekend with friends for a hen's weekend in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suited for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. Thank you for this welcome, we all have a great memory of this stay!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Our stay went perfectly smoothly. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very functional. Elysium and Co was very responsive and adapted to our time constraints regarding our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, and will come back if we return to the area.

Hosts give clear and detailed instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say: noisy neighbours who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbour upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality accommodation and I recommend it.

The appartment was fantastic and had all the comforts and more than we imagined. It was extremely comfortable and spacious and very well placed and easy to reach all the beautiful areas in Annecy. Antony is an amazing person, very relaxed and so flexible. Definitely somewhere we would go back to if we revisited Annecy. Bravo

Accommodation in accordance with the photos and descriptions, location a little noisy due to the passage of "Formula 1 drivers" in the street but otherwise quiet environment and neighborhood, easy to access and shops nearby if needed.

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

we had a pleasant stay. Stéphanie is another very responsive. She responded to our needs at any time of the day, even evening... a host of rare responsiveness so that we could fully enjoy the stay. The accommodation was impeccable. I highly recommend 😁

the accommodation matched the description, tidy, clean and pleasant on arrival. the accommodation offers good equipment for the kitchen, as well as bedding already present for the bed, as well as bath towels, which is very nice. the garage is large and secure in addition, all quite close to the lake. François is courteous and kind, he answered all our questions despite the fact that we did not see him in person, I recommend the accommodation!

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.
