Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Mars-la-Brière

We had a great long weekend stay! The garden is large and peaceful, and we were fully immersed in nature. The host was very kind and helpful, and even let us check out later on our last day to make the most of our holiday. A great encounter : )

We really enjoyed the apartment. Tastefully decorated, spacious, bright with a well-equipped kitchen. Several books and games are available as well as the back projector and TV channels. A cute little balcony attached to the bedroom overlooking the church. The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Easy walking distance to the city center, Blois Castle and bike path. Parking nearby. Good restaurants nearby. Favorite ❤️

The stay at Jacques and Nelly's was great, arriving by train for the GP motorcycle race, Jacques with kindness and sympathy came to welcome us at the station. Arriving at the impeccable accommodation with the essentials (towel, shampoo, shower gel, etc.), even small things in the fridge. I recommend this accommodation, with great hosts, we will come back with great pleasure for new adventures in Le Mans. Maxime and Anastasia

We came to visit family and friends for a nice break and Kristel’s home was the perfect location right across the Chartres train station & mix between luxury and minimalism. It was clean & tidy, we felt right at home. Kristel was very informative, responsive and helpful. We would love to come back when we’re back in Chartres. Thank you Kristel 🙏🏾☺️

The apartment is very nice and offers a magnificent view! Ideal for those who came by car to see the castles. Very easy to find the apartment, everything is clean inside and matches the photos! The owner of the apartment is very easy to contact. Would highly recommend!

The accommodation is very well located, clean and carefully decorated. Friendly and accommodating owners. The staircase held up! It was perfect for our getaway in Blois, we recommend it!

Two (!) beautiful separate houses, perfectly suited for a large group including late sleepers and early sleepers (and children!) without the risk of disturbing each other. The owners were very responsive and friendly. I recommend it!

A big thank you to Diane and Serge for their warm welcome. This was our first experience of an Airbnb and we were really not disappointed by the well-appointed and equipped accommodation. Located very close to the zoo de la Flèche, it met all our expectations. In addition, we were well received by our hosts with small touches (drinks, cakes, sweets, etc.).

Very good stay at Julie and Alwyn's. They were very available and attentive to our needs while remaining very discreet. The cottage is very functional, clean, well equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The location is very relaxing with a very nice environment. Our daughters loved feeding the sheep. We were able to enjoy the outdoors for an aperitif. Great!

Very nice accommodation and faithfully matches the photos of the listing. Well equipped. The only downside was a lack of ventilation in the accommodation (musty smell) and some cobwebs in 2 of the bedrooms. The place is quiet, the jacuzzi was at temperature, the beds were made (good quality bedding), towels in sufficient quantity To be perfect, the accommodation should have been ventilated a little before our arrival or a mood candle should have been lit. Why not put a bottle of local white wine in the fridge Nevertheless, the value for money is there and I recommend this accommodation Richard C

A cottage that conforms in all respects to the description. A haven of peace. Not overlooked. A very well kept garden. Tranquility guaranteed in every place. In the quiet of the countryside. Great pool. Wood-fired Jacuzzi. Secure land for our dog. No complaints. Everything was perfectly perfect. We'll keep the address safe.

The house is lovely, very well arranged. Everything is there to have a good time. We stayed there for one night on the occasion of a wedding in the area. However, we'll keep the address if we need to return to the area ☺️ an Airbnb as we like them. Thank you

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

Great value for money! The place is perfectly peaceful and close to the center of Bellême. The place is quite suitable for a few nights. Great for visiting the surrounding area.
