Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Mars-d'Outillé

We had a pleasant stay for one night while passing through Le Mans. The house had everything we needed. The location is very peaceful and a short drive to Le Mans centre. Check in was flexible. Murielle provided clear instructions and was welcoming upon arrival. She was very responsive and was happy to provide some local recommendations. Thank you!

Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.

Spent a beautiful week after Christmas with my family. Was a perfect farm stay, quiet and picturesque, lots of walks, sitting by the fire reading and cooking. All amenities well provided, had raclette on NYE. An amazing stay.

I would highly recommend coming to spend a weekend at Adeline's! Beautiful little piece of paradise, if you like calm and nature this place is for you. The frame is even better than the photos. Small, well-located and quiet accommodation

Had a really lovely and relaxing stay in this flat in a beautiful village. Particularly loved the shower and the sun filled courtyard. Lavardin is a very special place and everyone was very friendly and helpful, would really recommend ! Definitely needed the e-bikes to get around as we didn’t have a car (note a small daily charge for their use)

Very nice and pleasant apartment. Conveniently located, 2 minutes from the train station and next to the tram stop, we were able to get around with ease. Recommended!

Second stay, an absolute pleasure to stay in this space. Beautiful French home, unique and welcoming.

Two week work stay. Queen is both welcoming and discreet, attentive but never intrusive. The environment is not extraordinary, the cottage is slightly off-center, but the terrace is pleasant and we are a few minutes walk from the banks of Sarthe and the city center on one side (local shops, train station), and a large shopping area on the other. I had no vehicles and never suffered. Would definitely stay again.

An idyllic setting for those looking for a great space to welcome family and friends. A very pleasant calm, a decorated house with great taste and the pool house is a real plus. Patou welcomed us wonderfully and remained available throughout the stay. Between the swimming pool, the billiards room, the large living room with the video projector and the beautiful bar, this place will seduce you for sure. I highly recommend

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. We had a great time with the family in this beautiful cottage - from seniors to children - everything is thought out to make everyone feel comfortable there. We appreciated the cottage as described but also the environment - the lake tour or the shopping on foot - and particularly the welcome of Nadine and Jean-Marie very attentive to their hosts.

Christophe is a great host who knows how to put you at ease, attentive and flexible on schedules. The house was clean and everything was as described. He even has at my request add a mattress for the arrival of my guests;) Very nice and well organized

The proposed house Virginia and Vincent is simply superb which really enjoyed it and allowed everyone to leave with great memories full of heads. Stéphanie's welcome and exit were perfect, he is a very welcoming person and really concerned about the comfort of the occupants. Perfect for large groups who want to decompress. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back. 😁

Ines and Antoines are very responsive! The house has a swimming pool, BBQ, goal cage and ping pong! Everything for family fun! Plus it is equipped if you have small children!
