We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

It consists of a double bed, a sofa that converts into a single extra bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and a bathroom. You'll also have access to a parking space and terrace. Located 20 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 1 km from Laigné-en-Belin.

We offer you our fully equipped basement for a weekend, a week or more. You can enjoy 2 bedrooms with double bed, you will be autonomous for your meals with access to the gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and Senseo coffee machine. A shower area with closed toilet are also at your disposal. Ideal for workers, students, or mechanical fans during events on the circuit. Access to the basement is autonomous.

Located south of Le Mans in a quiet environment, this small hillside house (housing only) will please you with its amenities, garden, proximity to shops (bakery, butcher, tobacco, pharmacy, supermarkets, SNCF train station, municipal swimming pool) Parking available. Ideally located, at the crossroads of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, La Flèche Zoo and the Châteaux de la Loire, discover the sights of Sarthe Minimum 2 nights.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Cottage on our 7000 m2 property, with a splendid view of the countryside and the village (10 min walk), located 20 km from Le Mans. It has a living room with a fitted kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and TV. A bedroom with a 160 bed for 2 people, with a dressing room and 2 dressers. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, a toilet and a washing machine.

Come and recharge your batteries alone or as a couple in an idyllic setting in the countryside. The bed is made, the kitchen is furnished and equipped, and you will find shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Want to play a game of pétanque or just relax on a lounger, the shared garden (only with the inhabitant) offers you the opportunity. For more privacy, the bedroom overlooks a private garden.
