Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
