Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Renovated former farmhouse over 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, and more. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, local wines and beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

LA GRANGE DE CERCY

Lovely fully equipped loft with free parking (in the courtyard of the house). An automatic gate closes the courtyard with a beep provided upon arrival and throughout the stay. Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside 15 km from Beaune and 25 km from Chalon-sur-Saône. Bike rides, cellar tours and Burgundian terroir will be on the agenda. Ideal for relaxation, this cottage offers all the advantages of the countryside (chicken coop included!) with the proximity of Burgundian towns.

Please note that access to the room is via a steep staircase (see photos). Guests can enjoy a large wooded garden, deckchairs, dining area and closed parking at the foot of the studio. Ideally located 15 minutes from Beaune or Chalon sur Saône in a small quiet village with several shops.

Welcome to Manouloup, I offer a pleasant apartment with a separate entrance in a family house surrounded by a large garden. Secure parking. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room kitchen equipped with a sofa bed, (sheets and linen provided). Childcare equipment (see photos), garden furniture, children's games are at your disposal. Close to local shops, 10 min from Beaune by car or by bike path. No smoking.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
