New studio (2 people maximum) Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, shower and toilet, towels provided. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, desk, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Please note that access to the room is via a steep staircase (see photos). Guests can enjoy a large wooded garden, deckchairs, dining area and closed parking at the foot of the studio. Ideally located 15 minutes from Beaune or Chalon sur Saône in a small quiet village with several shops.

Welcome to our accommodation within our closed property of 4000m2, including our house and two cottages. This accommodation, independent and away from any passage, will allow you to spend a warm, authentic and comfortable stay (queen size beds, private terrace, fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, electric charging station, swimming pool, laundry, linen provided...), all in a rural setting where calm and serenity reign, a few minutes from the center of Beaune.

Independent apartment in the city center

The independent apartment of 37 m2 is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market 90 m away, the train station 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

It is located on the first floor of an old building. In the center of Pommard, the old stones and narrow streets of this Burgundian village give it all its charm. The village has several shops. Free parking in the church square with charging stations for electric cars.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

THE RELAY OF THE VINES

Great for couples visiting Beaune. Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. Independent, you can enjoy amenities (parking, terrace, barbecue...) and we are available for any requests. We look forward to welcoming you and advising you on activities in the region.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winegrower's residence will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
