Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. This single-story cottage, with private spa. Air-conditioned. Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people at a rate of €15/person per night. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric heating included. Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
