Thanks to Marine and Simon for hosting us. The space was completely as described and pictured. Very responsive and good advice on activities in Le Mans. Perfect for a weekend with friends! The only small downside is the presence of only one bathroom and toilet which is a little tight for 12 people but otherwise great!

The apartment is nice and spacious. Despite the many work done all over the city, it was easy to park nearby. It is also very well located: not far from the tram, close to the city center on foot and especially all amenities less than 5 minutes walk. The icing on the cake, Adam is really very kind. He wants to personally welcome all his hosts and is very responsive and attentive in all circumstances.

Great value for money for a place to stay in the center of Old Mans. Marie and hypolitte are very welcoming and accommodating.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

Great stay at Sabrina and Freddy's! A renovated home with a lot of ingenuity and involvement. Freddy thought of everything in every detail with care. What an originality to have retained the relay spirit of post on horseback! The accommodation was impeccably clean, the amenities in perfect working condition and the dart target well hung and much appreciated! You can go there (on horseback😉) without a second thought! A little expensive , after I think the prices were due to the 24h of Le Mans which also took place but otherwise great!

Very nice and well-equipped house. Three bathrooms is a real plus. In winter, don't be impressed by the rather sad exterior. It is certain that from spring onwards, everything is different. But anyway, as soon as you push the door, everything is fine. The wood fire is always a pleasure. It advantageously replaces the television, which does not work (but it may be a good constraint to have to do without it for a few days). On a practical level, you have to travel about ten kilometers to find shops (La Ferté-Macé). Same for walks in the woods. I recommend this good place and do not rule out returning in the summer.

a very nice well-decorated and clean house! the beds were very comfortable and we were all able to park in the yard (3 cars) the host is adorable and has shown several delicate touches! (jams and spreads available and an explanatory video) in short, a very nice weekend with my family and friends in a nice setting! thanks again!

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

A forced stay at this gite because “planted” by a host on a late booking. Having found this new cottage we contacted Hugo who was very responsive and understanding, agreeing to rent us the cottage on the spot: congratulations. In itself, the cottage is perfect. Our only disappointment: the short duration of the stay, we didn't get much to enjoy it!

The Appartment was perfect and Jonathan communicated very quickly and efficiently, the place was very well situated for bars and restaurants and parking was right outside the door. Very well equipped place with wonderful showers and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and I hope to return.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

We rented Katy's apartment for the 24h of Le Mans. The apartment is well located, 5 minutes from the tram line that takes you directly to the site. For the apartment itself, it is very cozy, tastefully decorated. The bedding is really comfortable. Katy is responsive, very nice to interact with. Accommodation that exceeded my expectations. I found it better than the photos. This is a spacious, very functional, well-equipped and spotless studio. Good bedding, very clean. It was very quiet but only a few minutes walk from the city center. Perfect parking space. Fabien was available and responsive. Thank you.
