Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. Many walks are accessible by foot or further to the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Factor Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine.
