Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.
