The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Camp Petit Tonnerre

A peaceful haven nestled in the heart of the Corrèze countryside, on 5 hectares along the river. There is only a small road to access it and a multitude of paths to discover this wonderful corner of nature. Large teepee in the middle of a beautiful meadow bordered by tall trees and the river. A large round tent completes the camp, providing a comfortable living space. Five other accommodation units are spread across the 5-hectare property, with no overcrowding and guaranteed tranquillity.

Er zijn leuke dorpjes in de buurt, met markten, wandelroutes, zwemmeer en zwembaden op rijafstand. De gîte heeft een privé parkeerplaats en een afgesloten tuin. Huisdieren zijn in overleg toegestaan. Wij vragen hier een toeslag voor ( aangeven bij de boeking ).Feesten/binnen roken en vapen zijn niet toegestaan.

The Segur Cottage

The Segur Cottage offers you a well-appointed living space with a well equipped kitchen, leading to a dining room and a lounge. The accommodation is entirely on one level with double glazing. From the corridor, you access the shower room, 3 bedrooms and a home office. The garden is accessible from the front of the house. Secure parking is available. You can reach the village on foot in 8-10 minutes via a small path and a footbridge. The house is on the main access road into Segur.
