The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We ask for a surcharge for this ( indicate at the time of booking ). No smoking and vaping inside.

This pretty stone house is located at the entrance to a 7-hectare estate. Totally independent, quiet is guaranteed. Access to activities offered on the property. You will be able to access the river, as well as participate in the care of the animals of our small family farm. A relaxation area with billiards, darts, petanque court awaits you for free at 150 m and the Jacuzzi (see conditions) will allow you to relax on an isolated part of the property

Our cottage is a "little house in the meadow" located in the heart of the Périgord Vert and at the gates of Limousin. This farm was established here in 1810. Historic barn MH. Wooded area of 5000 m2. We have preserved the traditional character of the house, in a setting that is open to nature. Important: pets are accepted after agreement with the future host – Our property is not fenced.
