Charming chalet, on the property of your hosts, quiet, and close to all amenities (shops, bus, bike path) and 35 minutes walk from the fabulous Lake Annecy. Mountain walk, paragliding, paddleboarding... You can take advantage of your hosts' swimming pool ( under conditions). Located on the shores of Lake Annecy, in Bredannaz (municipality of DOUSSARD), in a small family residence, we rent our 75 m² duplex. On the ground floor: - equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, stove. This large room opens onto a furnished terrace (deckchair, table and chairs, parasol, barbecue) which overlooks the lakeside road. - bathroom and toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms - a bathroom with toilet and hand basin.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
