Our 1830s converted carriage house is in the historic district of Canajoharie ('the pot that washes itself' in Mohawk). It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, & walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, & hiking. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).

Historical Erie Canal Bike Path/ Vacation Home 1

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

As you enter the home you will see the stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located . To the right of the entryway is the living room to the left is the dining room, The kitchen is right off from the dining room fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The bathroom is just off from the dining room. A cozy little home to stay.

Our Moose Lodge is a four season rustic cabin (tiny house) located on our Mohawk River waterfront property. This cozy warm cabin was built using on site and local timber as well as reclaimed lumber. Includes full kitchen, full bath and loft with two full beds. First floor has a small couch that can be pulled out to accommodate more guests if needed. Smart TV sits above the large gas fireplace. Internet included as well as local channels. Feel free to use the BBQ grill.

A Frame Cabin above the clouds

This A Frame has been restored to it's 70s potential but updated with yellow solid surface counters, Heath Tile and slate bathroom with radiant heat flooring, and Reform cabinets. The breathtaking view did not need a restoration. The house is situated on 30 acres including 3 meadows and wide grassy walking paths. It is up against state land which makes it very peaceful. In 2025 we updated the house with central heating and cooling
