Monthly Rentals in Saint John Figtree Parish

We had a lovely week long stay at Kay's cottage! The cottage was perfect for us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also located on Kay's beautiful property and gardens. We enjoyed using the pool a couple of times and spent many hours on the porch. Kay was an amazing host. She answered all of our questions about Nevis and helped us arrange our travel. She made sure we made it in and were comfortable throughout our stay. Her recommendations were great. This is a special place on a special island--highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Lynette’s Place. The apartment is cosy, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Charlestown Main Street, beach and other attractions the island has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nevis!

This was undoubtedly the best experience with AirBnB I’ve ever had. Aside from the fact that Tracey and Earl’s place was cozy, comfortable, and beautiful as one could ask for in the Caribbean, they both were extremely kind and hospitable, and even had fresh coconuts ready for us when we arrived. I cannot see myself ever coming back to Nevis and NOT staying with them again! Wonderful experience and cannot recommend their place more highly.

Carmen was an amazing host. She greeted us on arrival. The apartment was in a family friendly location in Brown Hill and was in close proximity to grocery stores. The place was clean, tidy and had all the amenities in the kitchen. In the morning, we had beautiful views of the water and the Nevis Peak. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.
