Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Location is great very close to all restaurants and shops. Easy to get in and out of the place.felt very safe to walk and bike around the area had zero troubles with my stay. Highly recommend

There were 4 of us visiting and we loved the apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and located perfectly. We took advantage of the outdoor deck and grill and spent evenings cooking and chatting. Stanza staff is always super attentive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately

We will definitely be returning to this listing if we find ourselves back in Montreal. Could not have been any better.

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Stanzia was extremely responsive and accommodating to everything we needed. The Airbnb is about 15 minutes away from the main tourist attractions, but the ride was very easy. There is also a metro station nearby if you don’t have a car. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would most definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay especially during the hectic F1 weekend. The apartment is very spacious and the backyard was ideal for a dinner or breakfast outside. Mickael was extremely gracious and responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Overall great location to stay at! We stayed for 4 nights and everything went smoothly. The place is less than a 10 minute walk to the metro station and it was really easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to. We actually didn’t have to use uber/taxi at all for our entire trip because of how convenient the location was! The check in process was easy and the neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. It can get a little warm inside sometimes, but it’s not an issue because the apartment is equipped with AC and there’s ceilings fans in both rooms. Recommendations for restaurants, activities and even where you can store your luggage before check in are provided. Sarah was very responsive and checks in with you to make sure everything is okay.

Just a great place to stay overall...thank you, we will be back for sure!!

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful backyard to lounge beside the pool. Property backs onto a network walking trails - great for bird watching!

We came to visit family but fell in love with the area and hope to visit again. Perfect location with stunning view of the lake and close proximity to many areas to explore and parks. Comfy beds and many small touches such as throw blankets, phone chargers, kcups, ice cube trays and local maple gift. Family enjoyed the hot tub and kayak too. Home very clean. Will definitely rent again when in the area.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location too—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities!

We loved the place; it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The tranquillity of the place charmed us. It was pleasant (and different) to spend time in the front of the house on the swing or on the covered balcony. Philippe is an attentive and very responsive host. All of his instructions were very clear. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Zachary’s place. It’s very clean, new and very comfortable. An IGA store is within walking distance for essentials and more. Though it would be good to have a car to get to downtown the public transit is a stone’s through away. You can buy a ticket at the IGA. Zachary was very responsive to any questions and also very helpful. A very nice stay in a nice house.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his welcome is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

This was our second stay at Eve’s place in Bromont. The location at the foot of the hill is so convenient and we love the ground floor walk out patio. The unit was spotless and the kitchen well-stocked. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Eve is lovely to communicate with - always friendly and responsive. We hope to come back again!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
