Yannick & Anissa’s place is spacious, very clean and modern. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. The aircon in each bedroom would be great in summer. It is very comfortable with a homely feel. There are lovely walks in the woodlands nearby. We would’ve liked to stay longer and try the local restaurants. Anissa communicated promptly and was very accommodating to our requests which made our travel much easier. We would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks very much.

Stay in a quiet and relaxing environment. Shops are close by. There is a parking space in the courtyard. There is also the possibility of eating meals outside, facing the fields😊. We recommend 100%

Perfect accommodation for us who were looking for a quiet accommodation after the working days. Clean, functional and very good bedding. Everything was perfect. Saint-Médard's restaurants are 10-15 minutes' walk away, so it's also convenient. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

Renaud is a welcoming and available host. He was able to adapt to my arrival schedule although I notified him a few hours before. The studio is quiet and perfectly equipped. I am delighted with my stay and highly recommend this listing.

Access to the studio, through this hotel is immediately quiet and exotic. I think that in the evening, there is the possibility of going to the large lounges to relax, read The studio is very pleasant: spacious, bright, consistent with the photos, quiet, exotic (not the feeling of staying in a hotel). In a short time on foot (2 min), you can access the tram, then: in 15-20 min to Mérignac centre, less than 30 min to Bordeaux centre. With a vehicle, it is much faster. (20 minutes to Bordeaux, barely 8 minutes to Mérignac centre). Closer, other amenities for shops. Very good value for money, for any person or couple who would like to visit Bordeaux.

Impeccable accommodation and as described. Easy to access, quiet and pleasant setting. I did not meet my hosts but they were very available and responsive. The instructions were clear and they were flexible for check-in I recommend them and will come back if I am back in the area.

Visiting for a family party, we enjoyed Virginie's very friendly welcome and the quietness of the apartment. Nearby businesses are very convenient. Access to the centre of Bordeaux is very easy thanks to the tram and the relay car park.

I came for a week of conference at INRAE, and it was very easy to get to the train station or INRAE with public transport. The accommodation is in a quiet location and is consistent with the descriptions. Despite the heat wave, the accommodation remained relatively "cool", especially thanks to the presence of shutters. Nathaniel and Patrice have curated an exceptional guest experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques, lovely artwork and interesting objects. The location was perfect - close enough to walk everywhere but also very quiet. They thought of every amenity we could have asked for - and more. The coffee and tea station, the sweets, treats and fresh fruit were wonderful. Nathaniel was the most welcoming host we have met. He greeted us warmly even though we were delayed, he was responsive during our stay, and he met us for check out and helped with our bags. I hope to be back here again soon!
