Vous pourrez vous ressourcer dans un cadre naturel, paisible et profiter d'un jardin ombragé et intimiste, faire un barbecue ou encore venir dire bonjour à l'âne et au cheval qui pâturent sur les terres environnantes. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles autour du gite (dégustations de vin, canoë, quads etc.).

Total disconnection, in our 5* equipped gîte in the heart of Périgord. Your spa with a view of the countryside on the covered terrace is accessible all year round. Bathrobes, towels, sheets,… everything is included in the price, the 2 double bedrooms each have 1 bathroom. Close to Bordeaux (1 hour), castles (Duras, Bridoire, Biron, etc.), Bastides (Eymet, Issigeac, etc.), numerous outdoor activities in the heart of Périgord (canoeing on the Dordogne, treetop adventures, hiking, etc.)

Near Eymet and Duras.

Very quiet self contained Gite near Eymet and Duras. Set in 10 acres of land. Open plan with main bedroom + double sofa bed (within living area). 12 mins from Eymet and 10 mins from Duras. Ideal for house hunting couples. This accommodation is not suitable for more than 2 adults, but two small children could be accommodated on the sofa bed. The gite is attached to a house, and adjacent to our house. Shared use of the pool. Please note, pool now closed until May 2025 Sorry no dogs.

The house is located in the centre of a charming village perched on top of a hill, with a pleasant little sunny garden and its swimming pool that beckon you for long and pleasant moments of relaxation in peace!

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

If you like local tourism, you will love visiting the surrounding medieval Bastides (Eymet), getting lost in the hiking trails, fishing, discovering the wines of Bergerac or Bordeaux, savoring the good regional food. If you like golf, you will be seduced by the 27 holes of the Château des Vigiers (15 km). Finally, if you aspire to a stay of pure relaxation, where it is good to live doing nothing, the cottage will be your haven of peace, quiet, by the pool.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

INDIVIDUAL cottage of 120 m² between Marmande and Bergerac, come and spend a quiet holiday in this large farmhouse "Gîte Vicasse in La Sauvetat du Dropt". The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

In a rural environment, this independent accommodation is located 4 km from a village with essential shops, a doctor's office and a pharmacy. On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
