This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

The cottage of La Canopée is in the middle of nature, an ideal place to recharge your batteries in the Dropt valley 3 minutes from the Château de Duras. This stone gite near our property, has been fully renovated. Its stunning views of the forest, without any overlook will bring you calm and change of scenery. The semi-open terrace offers you the opportunity to eat and rest on Chilean women. The 5x10m swimming pool is available for your use and only for you.

Finally, if you aspire to a stay of pure relaxation, where it is good to live without doing anything, the cottage will be your haven of peace, quiet, by the pool.

The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.
